Preventative Maintenance (PM) Electrical Services
Cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and testing of electrical components should only be performed by qualified personnel.
Maintenance of installed components is critical to the life-cycle of the components. Routine inspections begin with limited visual inspections and observations. In a clean, and temperate environment, scheduled "shut down" inspections should be performed. These inspections include cleaning, inspection and testing of the equipment. Harsh environments (ie. extreme temperatures, dust, outdoor elements) require inspections to occur more frequently. Inspections should also be performed following any unusual conditions (ie. flooding, fire, or wind damage).
Infrared (IR) scans should also be a part of your routine cleaning and inspection schedule. Most electrical outages could be identified and corrected with proper preventative maintenance (PM) including IR scans
